Rates

Groups of 2–3 is $1665 + HST/per person/per week

Groups of 4 or more is $1525 + HST/per person/per week

All rates are in U.S. Funds and are non-negotiable.

Additional Nightly Rate (when available) $155 per person plus the cost of the dedicated plane back to Red Lake.

Deposit is $350 per person, non-refundable and required within 60 days of booking trip.

Receive a $50 discount by sending in your deposit by January 31st.

Cash is preferred and cheques are accepted.

Groups may book the whole Island.

Discounted Rates for children 15 and under are 2/3 the rate and are only allowed 1/2 weight in gear.

Due to insurance purposes children 16 and over are considered an adult and will be charged full adult prices.

Prices Include

Air transportation from Red Lake to Viking Island Lodge and back Saturday to Saturday
Cabin of your choice with full kitchen, 3pc bath,wood stove, bedding, pillows, towels, running water
14 and 16 ft boats (1 boat for 2 or 3 people), 9.9 electric start motors, gas, swivel seats.
Conservation fishing license, landing nets, minnow buckets, life jackets and anchors
Additional lakes with boats, motors
Each person is allowed 100 pounds - Pack carefully as there is an extra charge of $1 per pound if you are overweight and your gear will then be brought up the next available flight (not necessarily same day)
Stock grocery items in your cabin

Gratuities for your friendly staff
Drinks: a supply of beer, pop, and water are available at the lodge
Snacks: chips, chocolate bars and licorice etc. are available at the lodge
Overflow charges of $100 + HST/person per night (includes additional cleaning charge)
Damages to property (boats, motors, paddles, cabins etc.)

Government tax rebates are no longer available.

Check in time begins first flight in to camp Saturday morning
Check out time begins before first flight out of camp on Saturdays at 7:00AM
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstance. We suggest you buy travel insurance.
Should anyone in your party not be able to make the trip their deposit will be used to recover the lost income that would have been earned from that person.
We have minimums for each cabin to maximize the camp occupancy, should your group size change we will move your group to a different cabin.
